The MBA Real Estate Concentration at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School provides you with a background in all aspects of the real estate industry. This is a progressive series developed by the MBA Career & Leadership and MBA Real Estate Club to enhance your job search outcomes. Covering technical industry training and job search strategies, the series is delivered by faculty, staff, alumni and fellow students.
UNC Real Estate Alumni Network
As one of UNC Kenan-Flagler’s most engaged alumni networks, the community actively organizes multiple events across the country. In addition, members share job openings, news and relevant information through social media platforms.
Real Estate Student Investment Funds

UNC Kenan-Flagler hosts a spring Case Challenge for 16 of the top MBA programs from around the world. Our students also participate in case competitions across the nation.
Real Estate Global Immersion Elective
This for-credit elective provides our real estate students with a global perspective of real estate market beyond our borders. Recent visits include Brazil, Cuba, Chile, Colombia, Dubai, Israel, Panama, Russia and the United Kingdom.
