Career & Leadership

Leadership and Your Career

The Executive MBA Program partners with the UNC Kenan-Flagler Luther H. Hodges Center for Leadership to offer integrated, high-quality leadership programming to accelerate your career.

At UNC Kenan-Flagler, we believe leadership excellence and career development are synergistic. In the Weekend Executive MBA program, you’ll enhance the personal leadership skills critical for business success through participation, practice and evaluation. Whether you are one step from the C-Suite at a small organization, moving into a senior management role at a Fortune 500 company, or anything in between, you can create a personalized leadership curriculum designed around your objectives.

UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Weekend Executive MBA program is the only Executive MBA program to utilize The Center for Creative Leadership’s (CCL) Benchmarks 360 assessment tool and Certified Benchmarks Coaches, allowing you to gain insight on your leadership abilities through feedback from your peers, staff and managers. The CCL has been recognized as one of the top providers of leadership development worldwide.

Practical Skills Development

As an Executive MBA student, you’ll apply leadership principles through practice.
