In this one-hour leadership workshop tailored for MBA-level students, participants will explore key strategies from the book "Happy at Work: How to Create a Happy, Engaging Workplace for Today's (and Tomorrow's!) Workforce." Participants will learn about the importance of workplace culture, its impact on employee satisfaction and productivity, and actionable steps to create a positive work environment that fosters happiness and engagement.

This year’s theme, “Building a Legacy: First-Generation Students in Business and Beyond,” celebrates the achievements of first-generation students while offering a space for inspiration, education and community-building. The conference is open to all UNC undergraduates who identify as first generation; students from the Undergraduate Business, MAC and MBA programs; and faculty and staff who identify as first-generation or support first-generation students.
