Audrey hails from Austin, Texas, but her academic journey took her to Louisiana, where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and French at Centenary College. During her time there, she not only published research on historic French-language writers but also played a key role in organizing student engagement events. She then pursued a Master of Arts in English and Comparative Literature at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where she taught first-year English composition and supported various departmental events and special programs.
After graduating in 2023, Audrey joined the University of North Carolina’s Development Office as an event support specialist. In this role, she managed a variety of donor and alumni events aimed at bolstering university fundraising initiatives. Notably, she revamped the office’s professional development meetings and supported groups such as the Carolina Parents Leadership Society, the Board of Visitors, the Young Alumni Leadership Council, and the Carolina Pride Alum Network, enhancing community connections through strategic planning of meetings and events.
Outside of her professional life, Audrey is a coffee and cooking enthusiast who loves hiking and seizes every opportunity to be outdoors.
