The Executive MBA Program partners with the UNC Kenan-Flagler Luther H. Hodges Center for Leadership to offer integrated, high-quality leadership programming to accelerate your career.
At UNC Kenan-Flagler, we believe leadership excellence and career development are synergistic. In the Evening Executive MBA program, you’ll enhance the personal leadership skills critical for business success through participation, practice, and evaluation. Whether you are one step from the C-Suite at a small organization, moving into a senior management role at a Fortune 500 company, or anything in between, you can create a personalized leadership curriculum designed around your objectives.
Early in the Evening Executive MBA program, you’ll receive an individual Leadership Coaching session to examine and discuss the results of a 360 assessment from peers, colleagues and managers. In this personal coaching session, you’ll explore your leadership style, identify your strengths and create an action plan for success.
As an Executive MBA student, you’ll apply leadership principles through practice.
Collaboration and teamwork are integrated into UNC Kenan-Flagler’s MBA culture and curriculum. As in the business world, your success will depend on your team working together to tackle challenges and complete course projects.
Participate in various networking events for Executive MBA students, including cross-program networking opportunities with peers from our other MBA formats. You'll also have access to UNC Kenan-Flagler's alumni database, where you can connect with career advisers and network with UNC Kenan-Flagler alumni.
Participate in hands-on simulations that mirror real-life leadership challenges. Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect with your peers, career and leadership staff and faculty to gain a new perspective you can apply immediately at work.
