Inclusive Blue Virtual Leadership Week

We are excited to welcome prospective and admitted UNC Kenan-Flagler Full-Time MBA students to a week of programming rooted in our six core values: Excellence, Leadership, Integrity, Inclusion, Community, Teamwork. This is a valuable opportunity for you to meet future classmates and learn more about our UNC Kenan-Flagler community through panel discussions, presentations and mock classes. You are welcome to bring family members in your household to this engaging event.

Keynote Speaker: Stephanie Robertson, MBA ’03

Stephanie RobertsonStephanie joined P&G in 2003 and has worked on consumers most loved brands including Febreze, Herbal Essences Hair Care and now Olay Skin Care. Under her leadership, Olay launched the most successful skincare product of 2018, Olay Whips, and debuted an innovative and the inspiring Face Anything campaign, which celebrates fearless women who impact the world around them.

Stephanie was recognized by Drug Store News as a “Top Woman in Beauty, Wellness, and Health” in 2019. In 2020, Stephanie joined the UNC Kenan-Flagler Board of Advisors, where she serves on the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Committee.

You will be asked to re-evaluate your professional brand through the lenses of authenticity, transparency and integrity. Questions grounded in how we represent our individuality, values and viewpoints will be woven into an interactive discussion centering on how we can move beyond being a good fit to a brand demonstrating how we are a culture add.
