Stephanie joined P&G in 2003 and has worked on consumers most loved brands including Febreze, Herbal Essences Hair Care and now Olay Skin Care. Under her leadership, Olay launched the most successful skincare product of 2018, Olay Whips, and debuted an innovative and the inspiring Face Anything campaign, which celebrates fearless women who impact the world around them.
Stephanie was recognized by Drug Store News as a “Top Woman in Beauty, Wellness, and Health” in 2019. Stephanie is also a valued alumni advisor to UNC Kenan-Flagler, serving on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and the Next Generation Committee of our school’s Board of Advisors.
