Application-based Business Minors
Business meets industry expertise
For students wishing to combine business with another area of study, UNC Kenan-Flagler offers the following application-based minor options that provide a focused approach to developing business knowledge and professional skills.
Business Administration Minor
Business Administration Minor Update: The Business Administration Minor is no longer accepting applications. Current minor students and students admitted through the final Spring 2027 application cycle may continue completing the minor requirements.
Beginning in Fall 2027, UNC Kenan-Flagler plans to launch a new Business Foundations Minor, which will not require an application. BUSI 100 will be a prerequisite. Additional details will be shared as they become available.
Real Estate Minor
Prior to admission to the real estate minor, you will work on completing general education requirements, which apply to all UNC students, and prerequisites for admission to the minor, many of which satisfy general education requirements.
