UNC Kenan-Flagler selects a small group of high-achieving prospective students for assured admission to the undergraduate business major. The Assured Enrollment Program is offered through the Excel @ Carolina Program.
Excel@Carolina nominees are selected for the Assured Enrollment Program through a comprehensive evaluation of their UNC Undergraduate Admissions application. You do not need to provide a supplemental application for the Assured Enrollment Program. Students are chosen based on the following criteria:
If you’re selected for the Assured Enrollment Program you are not required to declare Business on your general application to UNC. Should your academic interests change, there is no obligation to pursue a business degree.
If you are granted Assured Enrollment , you will need to meet the program requirements described below along with submitting a streamlined version of the normal application after your first year at UNC.
