The Undergraduate Business Program is selective and rigorous, but we foster a truly collaborative, participatory and team-based learning culture. Beyond their mastery of business essentials, employers regularly report our students have engaging personalities, great attitudes and easily integrate into teams.
Our talented and diverse undergraduate business students are goal-oriented, well-rounded, globally-minded and ready to drive meaningful change in your organization from their first day on the job. Take a moment to learn more about our program and students in the UNC Kenan-Flagler Undergraduate Business Recruiter Guide (PDF).
The Undergraduate Business (UB) Program at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School is committed to creating safe, equitable, and effective engagement opportunities for students and employer partners. While we are excited to welcome students back to campus for in-person classes this fall, there is ongoing and ever-evolving discussion around University policies regarding distancing, mask-wearing, and other rules and regulations to keep our community as safe and healthy as possible.
At this time, we are prepared to offer limited in-person engagement activities, which are outlined below. All campus visitors, students, faculty, and staff are expected to abide by the University policies as they emerge. The policies below will be in place through the Fall semester, and re-visited in November 2021 in preparation for the Spring semester.
