The Undergraduate Business Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler develops globally minded leaders eager to positively impact the organizations and communities for which they serve.
UNC Kenan-Flagler offers four undergraduate program options, with the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) being the most popular. Students may enter the BSBA major through three primary pathways: Assured Enrollment, intra-university transfer, or direct junior transfer. Approximately 70% of business majors are high school students admitted to UNC with Assured Enrollment. These students begin their studies in the College of Arts and Sciences and start the business core in their second year. Around 5–10% of students join the program as junior transfers from other institutions. The remaining students are admitted through the intra-university transfer process as current UNC students, typically beginning the business core in the spring of their second year.
