Prague University of Economics and Business (VSE) is one of the top universities for management and economics studies in the Czech Republic. With a student population of over 19,000 graduate and undergraduate students and roots dating back to 1919, VSE has gained prominence in Central Europe for its research and extensive network of international partners.

Prague is widely considered to be one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. You’ll enjoy the city for its scenery, activities, affordability, and accessibility to other points of interest in Europe. Prague has a population of over 1.3 million and is a major cultural and economic center in the region. There are many historical and cultural sites to visit as well as galleries, museums, and shopping.

  • Program Dates:
    • Fall: September 14, 2026, to February 7, 2027 (inclusive of mandatory orientation and exams)
      • It is recommended that students plan to arrive in Prague 1-3 days prior to orientation
      • Provided that the on-site teaching delivery is in place throughout the whole Fall Semester 2026, all exchange students will be given a chance to finish their exams of regular courses before Christmas, if agreed with the lecturer
    • Spring: February 8 to June 27, 2027 (inclusive of mandatory orientation and exams)
      • It is recommended that students plan to arrive in Prague 1-3 days prior to orientation
      • Provided that the on-site teaching delivery is in place throughout the whole Spring Semester 2027, all exchange students will be given a chance to finish their exams of regular courses during the last week of classes (May 10– 14)
