UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School

Shaping Leaders, Driving Results

UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School

Admission to the Kenan-Flagler Business School is competitive. In keeping with the history of UNC as the nation’s first public University, we pride ourselves on attracting a strong, diverse student body that is both academic and community minded.

Applicants are encouraged to seek pre-business advising from the General College Division of Social Science Advisors. An applicant who takes advantage of pre-business advising and recruitment events proves most successful in the application process.

In the past, we did not accept transfer or AP credit for our calculus prerequisite (unless a student was receiving credit for both MATH 231 and MATH 232).  Starting in 2017, transfer or AP credit for any single calculus-based course (MATH 152, 231, 232 or STOR 113) will satisfy our calculus prerequisite.
