The Career Management Center (CMC) strives to provide assistance that is specific to each MBA student in their career transition. Our CMC Associate Directors each specialize in a specific functional area, such as marketing or finance.

  • Each specialized career director knows the companies and recruiters in the field, the traits and skills those corporations value, and maintains strong relationships with the network of contacts.
  • They provide ongoing counseling tailored to a specific career function.
  • Each student chooses and works with one of these associate directors, based on their area of career interest. However students may meet with any of the associate directors as often as they find helpful.
  • All of the career directors work closely with international students, who often have additional challenges related to a U.S.-based job search.
  • Beginning during orientation week in August and throughout the year, the career management staff critiques resumes on request and offers sessions to practice your interview techniques.
