Minkyung Kim’s research focuses on quantitative marketing, salesforce management, customer relationship management and digital marketing.
Her teaching interests include marketing analytics, marketing management, pricing and marketing research.
Dr. Kim’s research has been published in such journals as the Journal of Marketing Research.
She won the INFORMS Society for Marketing Science (ISMS) Doctoral Dissertation Proposal Competition and the ISBM Doctoral Awards Competition.
She received her PhD, MPhil and MS from Yale University, and her MS and BBA from Seoul National University.
