Our flagship social media channels support the unique brand of UNC Kenan-Flagler by showcasing the School’s programs, culture, expertise and people.

Our content voice

  • Reflects UNC Kenan-Flagler core values, brand positioning and strategic priorities
  • Uses a warm, conversational and inclusive tone
  • Informs and adds value for our audience

Platform post image sizes

Use the following pixel dimensions for graphics:

  • 1080×1350 (4:5) for Instagram
  • 1080×1920 (9:16) for Instagram Stories
  • 1200×1200 (1:1) for LinkedIn and Facebook

Social media policy

Consult with MarCom (marcom@kenan-flagler.unc.edu) before you create a UNC Kenan-Flagler social media account. We will collaborate with you on best practices and tools, such as posting frequency and graphic sizes.

When representing UNC Kenan-Flagler:

  • Tag the flagship accounts wherever possible.
  • Do not use “KFBS” when describing the School.
  • Include “UNC” or “KenanFlagler” in all page and account names and use a branded logo as the profile image.
  • Follow accessibility guidelines set by the University.
