The UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School logo, formally called our “signature”, is essential to our visual identity and should be used on all communications materials. Using logos consistently enhances the world’s recognition of who we are.
The logo is available in horizontal and vertical orientations and three color configurations for use on different backgrounds and should be reproduced from high-resolution digital artwork. When using the UNC Kenan-Flagler logo you do not need to include the main University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill logo.

For specific uses (e.g. embroidery, embossing, etching, and other special cases), one-color versions of the logo are available. For all other applications, use the two-color versions.

Sizing and clear spaceThe logo must be resized proportionally and in its entirety; therefore, measurements for all elements in the logo are relative to each other.
Leaving space around the logo allows it to breathe, and helps to maintain its integrity. The height of the interlocking NC is the clearance requirement for both logo variations. Clear space must remain free from copy and other elements to ensure that the logo is not obscured.
All programs, centers, and departments (“units”) have been provided with digital files that include the unit name set in the proper size, position and typeface adjacent to, and with the proper spacing from, the School logo. The unit name can be moved farther away from the School logo, but cannot be moved closer into the clear space. Usage of unit-level branding follows the same standards as the School logo. Do not use other logos to represent a program, center, or department.
