Professor Michael Meredith celebrated teaching a new elective, AI and Business Writing. As part of the course, students worked on a project for the Crunkleton, using AI to research and create advertising strategies and campaigns to support the bar’s fundraising efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene. “Our client, Gary Crunkleton, said, ‘I’m blown away. My head is spinning with ideas. I feel like the presentation was created by a professional New York advertising agency or big consulting firm,” Meredith shared on LinkedIn.
