    The Carolina Women in Business Conference (CWIB) is one of the largest annual student-run conferences held at UNC Kenan-Flagler. The CWIB conference brings together a broad group of stakeholders—MBA and Undergraduate students, alumni, business leaders, and even other MBA students from across the region. As a whole, the CWIB conference serves as a forum to foster confidence, share knowledge, and provide networking opportunities for women looking to achieve greater impact and success in their respective careers. This year’s conference theme, “Breaking Barriers," is centered around how women have achieved career success in the face of adversity across distinct industries.
