Ingrid Koch’s research interests include behavioral economics, experimental economics, field experiments, services marketing, sales, credence goods, pricing and consumer signaling.

Her work has been published in Marketing Science and Management Science.

Dr. Koch’s teaching interests include behavioral economics, services marketing, sales and pricing.

Prior to joining UNC Kenan-Flagler, Dr. Koch was a research fellow at the National University of Singapore.

She received her PhD from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also earned her BBA with distinction with a double major in finance, investment and banking, and marketing.
