Ingrid Koch’s research interests include behavioral economics, experimental economics, field experiments, services marketing, credence goods, pricing and consumer signaling.

Her work has been published in Management Science.

Her teaching interests include services marketing, pricing and selling.

Prior to joining UNC, Dr. Koch was a research fellow at the National University of Singapore.

She received her PhD from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also earned her BBA with distinction with a double major in finance, investment and banking and marketing.
