On September 29, the Family Enterprise Center will launch a unique roundtable for senior family business leaders who are contemplating or have already begun the transition away from day-to-day leadership. Built for C-suite leaders whose identity and purpose have long been shaped by their roles in the family enterprise, this peer group offers a space to explore new ways to use the talents, experience, and wisdom developed while leading the family enterprise. Through shared stories, research on aging well, and examples of successful transitions, members support one another in navigating this pivotal phase of life. Facilitated by Steve Miller, co-founder UNC Kenan-Flagler's Family Enterprise Center, the group is designed to bring together 8–12 seasoned leaders ready to design their own meaningful next chapter, not “retirement,” but a purposeful next act.
