The imposter syndrome is characterized by false and unsubstantiated personal narratives that lead us to believe that we are not worthy, able, or eventually qualified for the roles and opportunities that we aspire to. The problem with such self-defeating beliefs is the personal and career trajectory limitations we impose upon ourselves. This session will address the cues of when we are acting as imposters and 6 strategies used by successful CEOs and others to overcome their own challenges when they felt like imposters.
