Neha graduated from Kenan Flagler in 2013 with an MBA focused in Marketing. She currently works for Deloitte Consulting and calls Dallas, TX her home. She has two little kids and loves spending time with them and the husband along with the dog.

She is very excited to be a part of the founding members of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Dallas-Ft. Worth Alumni Chapter and looks forward to connecting with Tarheels – old and new!

Salazar is a commercial banking Vice President, Principal Relationship Manager, for Wells Fargo, based in Addison.  As a Principal Relationship Manager, Mr. Salazar works with successful businesses and business-owners to provide customized financial solutions for their unique commercial needs.  He has a broad portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on clients in technology, nonprofit, and commercial real-estate investment.  He is trilingual in Spanish/English/French and is bicultural Mexican-American.  He has traveled extensively around the world and has done project work and managed clients in multiple countries.Prior to Wells Fargo, he most recently held the position of Sr. Vice President/Relationship Manager at Citibank, where his clients included many businesses expanding to international markets, and his responsibilities included trade services and global relationship management.  He started his corporate career as a business development consultant at HP.  His experience also includes business development and strategic positions at American Express Co., The Richards Group, and Citibanamex, often with international projects and responsibilities.  Prior to his corporate career, Mr. Salazar was an arts educator and cultural specialist, leading multiple crafts-based economic development projects throughout Latin America for the Organization of American States.Mr. Salazar earned an MBA with a double concentration in Customer and Product Management and International Business from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where he received a full fellowship and was awarded a teaching assistantship in strategic economics.  As part of his MBA course of study, he studied and conducted company site visits in China, Hong Kong and Thailand.  He also earned a Masters in Education from Sarah Lawrence College, where he was Commencement Speaker, and attended Brown University, where he was honored in 2011 with the Alumni Leadership Award and again in 2012 as Aide to the Grand Marshal for Commencement.Mr. Salazar serves on numerous civic and community boards and is an advocate for the arts, education and community development.  He currently serves as a board member of the Dallas Development Fund and the St. Monica School Endowment Trust, and is on the International Task Force of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce.  He is former International Co-Chair for the alumni interviewing program of Brown University, and former corporate advisory board member for the Greater Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.  Mr. Salazar has served as a judge for both the Quality and Excellence entrepreneurship awards of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and for the Dell Social Innovation Challenge in Education.  He lives in Dallas and enjoys spending family time with his wife, two children and his faithful dog, Apollo.
