Mary Kathryn Lozzi is an Executive Director Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, she serves as a trusted financial advisor to middle-market companies, delivering a comprehensive suite of banking solutions, including credit, treasury management, investment banking and employee benefits. 

Mary Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She also completed a minor in Spanish for Business Professions.

An avid Tar Heel fan, Mary Kathryn remains actively involved with UNC Kenan-Flagler through the Charlotte Alumni Council and as a member of 100 Women. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and playing tennis.

Brad Stipp graduated from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1979 with a BSBA and returned to his hometown of Charlotte, where he founded Stipp Wealth Management LLC and serves as a wealth manager.

Brad and his wife, LeAnne, have four grown children and six grandchildren. He serves on the endowment investment committee at Covenant Presbyterian Church, volunteers as a docent at the Sullenberger Aviation Museum and is an approved FINRA arbitrator. He is also a former member of the LPL Financial Ambassador Council and serves on the LPL Research Council and LPL Alumni Advocacy Group. In addition, he has served as Hole Captain on the 17th hole for the 2017 and 2025 PGA Championships and the Truist Championship. He enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Kristin Sjoholm is a Charlotte-based nutrition coach who is passionate about helping busy professionals create healthier, more sustainable lives without sacrificing career or family. After more than two decades in corporate leadership and consulting, Kristin now combines science, strategy and lived experience to help clients build healthier habits and create sustainable change. She values genuine connection, simplifying complexity, and helping people feel more energized and confident in their everyday lives. Kristin and her husband, fellow UNC Kenan-Flagler alumnus Gary Ruckelshaus, met through UNC and ultimately made Charlotte their home. She also enjoys staying involved in the UNC community through the alumni chapter and 100 Women, whose mission is to attract, develop and advance female business leaders.
