A year to celebrate

UNC Kenan-Flagler is proud to report fiscal year 2019 brought Centennial celebrations and record giving. The support of the UNC Kenan-Flagler community of alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends resulted in the most significant fundraising year in our history.

• Most donors in a fiscal year
  We made history this year and beat the all-time record number of donors thanks to the help of 7,394 alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends.
• 20 new scholarships and fellowships
  UNC Kenan-Flagler supporters created 20 new scholarships and fellowships to fuel accessibility and attract the most talented prospective students.
• The highest annual giving total in history
  Together, we crushed the previous record and raised an all-time high of $4.6 million in unrestricted gifts for the Fund at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
• Best day ever
  Kenan-Flagler Day was a runaway success and the largest giving day in the history of the School. We raised $1.77 million from 1,656 donors and we generated more donors than any other school or unit on campus and accounted for more than a quarter of the University’s donor total.
• Record-setting student and parent support
  UNC Kenan-Flagler students and parents believe in paying it forward with increased participation and gifts across degree programs, complemented by a 154% increase in parent giving.
• Our “IPO”
  You invested in the School. Proceeds from the Centennial stock campaign will make a direct impact on our students.
