Allison Schlobohm teaches individuals and groups how to confidently communicate with integrity, empathy and authenticity.
Her courses equip students and leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary for leading diverse, inclusive organizations; building and nurturing professional relationships; and communicating effectively in professional settings.
In her research, Dr. Schlobohm explores the communication and business practices that sustain — and dismantle — organizational inequity.
She holds a PhD and MA in communication from UNC-Chapel Hill and a BA in communication from Truman State University.
