The Imposter Syndrome is defined as Feeling of “phoniness” that you are not intelligent, capable, or creative despite evidence to the contrary. Research has indicated that at least 70% of adults have felt they were "imposters" at one time or another. This interactive workshop will explore the costs associated with the Imposter Syndrome, strategies from professionals across industries of how they overcame their own beliefs of not measuring up, and ideas of how to build self-confidence.
