The Human Resources (HR) office within the Kenan-Flagler Business School functions as the initial point of contact for all human resources matters, serving approximately 1,000 employees, consisting of Faculty, EHRA Non-Faculty and SHRA Permanent, Temporary, and Student workers.

Jessica Fleming, Assistant Dean of Human Resources
Jessica leads and manages the Kenan-Flagler Human Resources Office. She provides senior level leadership and management of all human resource functions, issues and initiatives. She serves as a strategic partner for Kenan-Flagler Business School and the broader University HR community.
Danielle Bass, Assistant Director of Human Resources
Danielle is the lead manager for all classification and compensation matters, employee relations issues, and the performance management process for all EHRA and SHRA permanent employees of the School. She is also the Deputy to Jessica Fleming, the Assistant Dean of Human Resources.
Roscoe McNair III, Faculty Employment Manager
Roscoe is the lead manager for all faculty-related human resources matters, including appointment, promotion, and tenure; compensation and pay; leave; conduct; and policies and procedures. He offers consultation and counseling on all faculty concerns.
Michelle Pradhan, Talent Acquisition Manager
Michelle is the lead manager for the recruitment process for EHRA Non-Faulty, Permanent SHRA, Adjunct Faculty and Temporary employees. She is responsible for and offers consultation on position posting, the recruitment and hiring process, new employee orientation and on-boarding for the School.
Tesha Freeman, TIM and Student Employment Manager
Tesha is the lead manager for all student and temporary employee matters and serves as the time information management (TIM) administrator for the School. She handles hiring and employment for all student employees; leave, time and attendance for all employees of the School; and temporary employee matters.
Open Position, Immigration and Faculty Recruitment Manager
This position is the lead manager for all immigration and faculty recruitment human resources matters, including consultation and processing of all visa documents related to the visa process for non-immigrant status individuals and faculty recruitment from posting to offer acceptance.
Chris Ragin, Human Resources Assistant
Chris provides general administrative to the Human Resources Office and is the first point of contact for the office providing reception desk coverage, greeting visitors, fielding questions and supporting the Human Resources Team.
