Admission Events
Our admissions directors offer a host of ways to learn about the MBA Program. We meet prospective students in many parts of the world at MBA receptions, information sessions, forums and fairs. We host prospective students at special preview events at the School.
On-Campus Events
Preview Kenan-Flagler Days
The MBA Admissions office and current students will host two on-campus events for prospective MBA and Executive MBA students in the fall. Dates are to be determined. These preview events are open to all prospective students and offer the opportunity to learn more about our various MBA programs through presentations, interactive panel discussions and a class simulation. More details will be available by August 2008.
Women’s Workshop - October 31 - November 1, 2008
Each fall the Admissions office hosts an on-campus workshop for prospective women applicants. The Women’s Workshop this year will be on Saturday, November 1. Click here to view last year’s agenda. Details for this year’s event will be available closer to the event date.
Minority Preview Weekend -
November 14-15, 2008
Each fall the current minority students and the MBA Admissions office co-host a preview weekend for prospective minority applicants. The 2008 Inside Kenan-Flagler: Minority Preview Weekend will be held November 14-15. You may view the agenda from last year’s Click here [PDF: 40K] to see the activities offered during the weekend. Space is limited; applicants must apply to IKF and be selected to attend.
Off-Campus Events
Around the world, UNC Kenan-Flagler's outreach has included:
- A reception for prospective students and alumni in Paris
- A corporate-sponsored fair in São Paulo
- MBA Tours in Warsaw, Buenos Aires and Mexico City
- Information sessions and receptions in most major cities across the United States
