Jeff Edwards is Belk Distinguished Professor of Management. His research and teaching focus on individual and organizational change, person-organization fit, stress and coping in organizations, and strategies that jointly promote employee well-being and corporate competitiveness.
Dr. Edwards has taught executive education programs on topics such as individual and organizational change, employee involvement, human resource management and executive lifestyle.
He has served as an instructor and consultant for several major corporations, including Alcoa, Kaiser Permanente, Burlington Industries, ExxonMobil, GE, General Motors, Johnson and Johnson, the U.S. Department of Defense, Westinghouse, Whirlpool, Wachovia and W.C. Bradley.
He received his PhD and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill. |
