Directions To The Paul J. Rizzo Conference Center At Meadowmont
Directions to McColl Building and Kenan Center
The McColl Building and Kenan Center, home of the Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise, are located adjacent to one another, with visitor parking conveniently located behind the McColl Building.
McColl Building and Kenan Center, Via Interstate 40
(From RDU Airport, Raleigh, N.C., and points east)
- Take Exit 273 (Highway 54 West) towards Chapel Hill.
- Continue straight for approximately four miles.
- Pass Glen Lennox Shopping Center on the right.
- Take the second exit ramp turning right onto 15-501 South.
- Take a right at the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp.
- Take a right on Manning Drive.
- At the first stoplight take a left. Please note: Ridge Road is to the right and Skipper Bowles is to the left.
- Pass the parking lot on the right.
- Take the next immediate right between the two brick walls that read: "Kenan-Flagler Business School, McColl Building" and "Kenan Center."
- Drive to the top of the hill, passing under the catwalk and past the parking deck on your right.
- If you do not have a visitors parking permit
 , continue past Visitor Parking on your right until you reach the circular drive in front of the School. Park in one of the 30-minute visitor parking spaces located immediately after the overhang of the Kenan Center. You may obtain a parking permit at the reception desk in the lobby of the Kenan Center.
- Park in the Visitor Parking lot, which was on the right as you came up the hill.
- If you are parking after 4PM, please park in the parking deck and not in the visitor’s lot. As you drive up Kenan Drive, turn right into the deck. You will not need a parking permit. No parking is allowed in the parking deck or visitors lot on days when football or basketball games are held.
- MBA recruiters should check in with the MBA Career Management Center in McColl 2122.
McColl Building and Kenan Center, Via I-85 North
(From Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, N.C. and points west)
- Take I-40 East towards Raleigh.
- Take Exit 273 (Highway 54 West) towards Chapel Hill.
- Continue straight for approximately four miles.

(From Durham and points north)
- Follow I-85 to its intersection with Hwy 15-501 South.
- Follow 15-501 south towards Chapel Hill; the highway will divide.
- Remain on 15-501 south (Bypass) bearing left, away from Franklin St.
- Continue on 15-501 south (Fordham Blvd.) heading towards the Dean Smith Center
- Take a right on Manning Drive.
- At the first stoplight take a left. Please note: Ridge Road is to the right and Skipper Bowles is to the left.
- Pass the parking lot on the right.
- Take the next immediate right between the two brick walls that read: "Kenan-Flagler Business School, McColl Building" and "Kenan Center."
