An “IPO” for UNC Kenan-Flagler

In celebration of 100 years of excellence in business education, UNC Kenan-Flagler is holding an “IPO.” We invite alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends to invest in the Business School by becoming honorary “shareholders.”*

COMMON STOCK – $100 – 1,000 issued
Honorary shareholders will receive:

• A limited edition UNC Kenan-Flagler honorary common stock certificate

PREFERRED STOCK – $2,019 – 100 issued
Honorary shareholders will receive:

• A limited edition UNC Kenan-Flagler honorary preferred stock certificate
• A personalized Centennial brick that will be placed at the Business School
• Membership in our Dean’s Circle
• Access to Dean Doug Shackelford’s annual “State of the School” update

All proceeds from the sale of the “stock” will directly support UNC Kenan-Flagler students.
