  This program provides an opportunity for participants to examine strategic planning and execution, strategic innovation, individual and group decision making, negotiation and collaboration, leading change, motivating others for high performance, and ethics.

• Army Leadership Excellence and Development (LEaD) for Tier 1 SES and Tier 2
  The program begins with individual assessments and executive coaching engagements, then progresses through strategy development, innovation, and implementation; leading change; executive decision making, inclusive leadership; and negotiating and fostering partnerships.
  

• Department of the Navy Executive Leadership Program (DELP) and Career Executive Leadership Program (CELP)
  Participants explore executive decision-making, innovation, strategy development and execution, data-driven decision-making, inclusive leadership, and global economics, focusing on leadership competencies and application through practical exercises.
  

• U.S. Marine Corps Community Services Strategic Business Leadership Program (SBLP)
  This program helps participants align their day-to-day business operation decisions with organizational strategy. They will gain skills to motivate and lead teams through transformative change and learn new ways to solve problems toward motivating high performance.

We teach leaders in procurement and logistics predictive measures and strategies to minimize or prevent supply chain challenges affecting all branches of government.

• Get Real, Get Ready, Get Better: Solving Supply Chain Complexity and Disruption
  This program explores crucial and timely issues in logistics, supporting technologies, and business practices. Topics include fundamentals of supply chain management, performance-based logistics, and life-cycle approach to systems design.
