The Program Manager is responsible for the program management of executive development programs delivered in Chapel Hill, NC, other US locations, and global program locations. This individual serves as a primary customer interface with high-level corporate executive participants and manages all operational components of program delivery.
Preference for candidates with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail, strong project management, and organizational skills. Experience working with global clients a plus.
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint desired. Experience in event management, corporate customer service, and training and development preferred. Minimum qualifications include an undergraduate degree and three years of administrative experience or experience in a related area. Requires overtime, with some evening and weekend work during program deliveries, as well as some potentially domestic and international travel (up to 25% of time).
