Leadership Enhancement Program (LEP)

Those at the top need the most robust and thorough development data possible, and the designed assessment battery offers just that. The LEP’s series of reports (from the MBTI, FIRO-B, and TKI) gives leaders a complete understanding of their leadership style, behavioral preferences, and tendencies toward dealing with conflict and difficult conversations. Additionally, the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks for Managers will be administered as part of the assessment battery. Benchmarks© for Managers™ is a 360-degree assessment designed to address the specific leadership issues of top-level leaders. The LEP, with the assessment battery, interactive activities, and executive coaching ensures leaders will be well equipped to build high-performing teams and thriving organizations.

The Leadership Enhancement Program includes:

MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, and Benchmarks administration.
All assessment reports and supporting materials.
Lodging, facilities, meals and break service at the Rizzo Center.
5 1-hour executive coaching sessions per person following the offsite.
