Women in Business: Transitioning to Leadership

Professional women commonly face a unique set of challenges as they rise to senior ranks compared to their male peers. Gender discrimination, stereotyping, dual career-family pressures, and the lack of equal opportunities in certain industries all play a role in challenging professional women in their transition from managing to leading. During this three-day women’s leadership program, you will learn the differences between leading and managing and how to successfully navigate this transition alongside other professional women. The lessons learned will help you evolve your decision-making and negotiating processes to teach you how to deliver and apply your insights to benefit your company. What’s more, you will empower yourself with practical business skills that will enhance your impact as a leader.

The Women in Business: Transitioning to Leadership program will provide professional women with the information and skills necessary to transition to leadership.
