Professional women commonly face a unique set of challenges as they rise to senior ranks compared to their male peers. During this three-day women’s leadership program, you will learn the differences between leading and managing and how to successfully navigate this transition alongside other professional women. The lessons learned will help you evolve your decision-making and negotiating processes to teach you how to deliver and apply your insights to benefit your company. The Women in Business: Transitioning to Leadership program will provide professional women with the information and skills necessary to transition to leadership. This women’s leadership program is held at the Rizzo Conference Center, our world-class facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The Rizzo Conference Center was designed to foster executive management development and education and is wired for business so we can integrate new technologies into our teaching methodologies.
