The Program Director position is a member of the senior leadership team responsible for building the brand and business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients including:
- Business development
- Needs assessment
- Design of innovative leader development initiatives
- Faculty selection and collaboration
- ROI evaluation
- Quality control
- Contribution to the expansion of our network of external faculty and practitioners.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking an individual with expertise in leader development or a related field, and experience creating leader development programs or initiatives in global organizations. Strong candidates will have a successful track record of client management (external or internal) and exceptional collaboration skills within a team environment. Ability to work with and influence business executives is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills for working with C-level executives, business school faculty, and senior HR and business professionals.
Candidates must hold a degree in business, education, or a related field, and have a minimum of five years of experience working in executive development. Five to 10 years of business experience is also required. A master’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred. The ability to travel up to 40% of the time is required.
