Admissions Advisory Board

The mission of the Admissions Advisory Board (AAB) at UNC Kenan-Flagler is to bring the best possible student body to UNC Kenan-Flagler. AAB members meet regularly with the Admissions Office to provide a student perspective in developing and refining strategic admissions initiatives that align with the short and long-term goals of the MBA program.

Alumni Advisory Board

The mission of the Alumni Affairs Advisory Board is to foster opportunities for meaningful interaction between current students and alumni of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School by sponsoring programs and events that aid in the development of relationships, both personal and professional, among the members of our community. The Advisory Board works closely with the Alumni Affairs office, and provides unique resources both to existing students and alumni to foster this interaction. UNC Kenan-Flagler alumni -- and UNC alumni more broadly -- are among the most loyal in the nation, and we benefit enormously from such an amazing resource.

Career Services Advisory Board

The mission of the Career Services Advisory Board is to represent the interests of the UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA student body as they relate to the career search process by acting as a liaison between the student body and the Career Management Center (CMC) in order to identify and provide the skills and resources required to allow students to pursue their desired career path.

Curriculum Advisory Board

CAB strives to develop a world-class curriculum at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School by facilitating a strong working relationship among students, faculty, and administration. CAB members work on strategic initiatives aimed at improving the overall educational experience at UNC Kenan-Flagler.

Membership Benefits
CAB members are selected after submitting a 1-page position paper in early September of their 1st year. Applicants are interviewed and offered invitations to join as members. CAB members work on various projects and are closely connected to the faculty as well as students and the MBA Program Office.

Leadership Advisory Board


The Leadership Advisory Board represents student body interests to the UNC Kenan-Flagler Leadership Initiative in order to improve the leadership program and the overall MBA candidate leadership experience.
