“We are pleased with the rise in rankings of UNC Kenan-Flagler,” said Sridhar Balasubramanian, associate dean of the MBA Program and the Roy and Alice H. Richards Bicentennial Distinguished Scholar and professor of marketing.

“Based on return on investment, Forbes ranked our program moved No. 11 for U.S. business schools – up from 16 its last ranking – and No. 2 for public business schools last fall,” he said.

The full-time program is in a position of strength and poised for even greater success because of many investments in and enhancements to the program and the student experience, he said. These changes include new technology platforms for learning and career management, new career concentrations, an expanded range of elective courses, and continued strengthening of the Leadership Development initiative, for which UNC Kenan-Flagler is already recognized as being among the very best business schools globally.

“We are fortunate that our faculty have an outstanding tradition of caring about students, and do a great job inside and outside the classroom to help our students succeed,” said Balasubramanian. “Our staff works tirelessly to support the students, faculty and the School. Our students are outstanding ambassadors and partners in helping us move forward as are our alumni, who are some of our greatest champions.”
