The Program Assistant is responsible to providing administrative and operational support for Executive Development program deliveries.
Specific responsibilities for the position include:
- General office management duties
- Program administrative support includes, but is not limited to:
- Developing and assembling program materials
- Ordering copyrights
- Shipping and tracking materials
- Compiling program evaluations
- Direct program coverage and support in the classroom and during offsite activities, as needed. This includes announcements and interactions with instructors, participants, clients, facilities staff and vendors
- Manage, maintain and order program inventory giveaways
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and possess the ability to juggle varying stakeholder requests simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines for multiple priorities, while exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be organized, flexible, and conduct all business with a high level of customer service and professionalism. Attention to detail, good judgment, and demonstrated tact and diplomacy are fundamental in this role. Due to the nature of the role, an individual with a commanding presence when speaking publicly will be most successful. Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Minimum qualifications include an associate degree or higher and/or equivalent experience. A minimum of one to two years of administrative experience required. This position may require some overtime including evening and weekend work and occasional travel during program deliveries, as needed.
