Developing Your Leadership Style

Developing Your Leadership Style is a program in both the art and science of leadership. This interactive online program will guide you through the Five Levels of Excellence, assessing Emotional Intelligence and how to manage relationships effectively while also examining the psychology of how leaders make decisions. Research from psychology and business frames the foundation of this course, but equal time is spent in reflection and application to enable you to examine and refine your personal leadership style.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Mid to senior-level managers, directors, and functional leaders with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience currently leading a team.
- Understand the importance of emotional intelligence and agility in leadership
- Identify motivational factors and challenges in yourself and others
- Identify and leverage your social network to create social capital for setting a vision and mobilizing others

Alison Fragale, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Mary Farley Ames Lee Distinguished Scholar
Alison has served as an instructor or consultant on leadership and negotiation for executives in numerous organizations. Her research focuses on the determinants and consequences of power, status, and influence in organizations, conflict resolution, and negotiation and verbal and nonverbal communication.
