Rodgers Harshbarger is a member of the Private Investment team at UNC Management Company, where he manages a portfolio of real estate and real assets investments. Prior to joining UNCMC in 2008, Rodgers was a Consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company and spent several years as an investment banker in both San Francisco and New York where he began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Rodgers received a B.A. from the University of Virginia where he was an Echols Scholar and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Richard H. Jenrette Fellow. In addition, he is a Member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. Rodgers lives in Chapel Hill with his wife Kate and their children Lucy and Sam.
