About the Presenter
Joy Huang is an international management consultant, executive coach and speaker specializing in east - west business relations with a focus on China with nearly 20 years of business experience in Asia, the Americas and Europe. At Connect East, she provides strategic and tactical advice to western and Chinese companies to improve performance of their global operations in supplier relations, product development, negotiations, talent management and cross-cultural teams. Prior to Connect East, Joy spent more than a decade in government, telecom and technology industries managing partner relations from around the globe, new product development, product marketing and strategic planning. Joy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor degree (BA) from Beijing Foreign Studies University, China.
