Leadership Team

Luiz Zillo - President

Luiz Zillo grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He studied business as an undergraduate and received his BA degree from Trevisan Escola de Negócios. Throughout his career he has worked with Wealth Management in Switzerland, he was also a Foreign Exchange trader at Cargill and a treasury specialist at Zilor, his family business. Currently he is pursuing his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, concentrating his studies in Corporate Finance. Luiz will join Laureate Education, in Baltimore, for his internship, working with global treasury.

Pradosh Verlekar - Executive Vice President

VerlekarPradosh Verlekar grew up in Goa, India. He completed his undergraduate studies in computer engineering from Goa College of Engineering. Before coming to B-school, had an entrepreneurial venture to promote tourism and restaurants in Goa before joining Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Tech-Consultant. He also worked as a Biz-Dev Consultant for Arsenal Soccer Schools to promote soccer in India following his passion for Arsenal. Currently he is pursuing his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business school, concentrating Marketing and Management Consulting. He is headed to Amazon over the summer for Senior Product Manager-Tech position.

Ronaldo de Noronha - VP of Finance

Ronaldo de Noronha grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He studied Engineering as an undergraduate and received his Beng degree from Instituto Militar de Engenharia. Throughout his career he has worked with research while in Army in Sao Paulo, he was also a Petroleum Engineer at Petrobras, living in Salvador, Rio de Janeiro and Vitoria during this work experience. Currently he is pursuing his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, concentrating his studies in Management Consulting. Ronaldo will join Bain & Co, in Sao Paulo, for his internship.

Caroline Lindley - VP of Communications

Caroline Lindley grew up in Graham, North Carolina. She studied business as an undergraduate at UNC Kenan-Flagler and worked with Credit Suisse in Investment Banking Operations where she managed all international equity settlements for the Canadian and Mexican markets. She also has experience working with her family business, Lindley Mills, which is an organic flour mill. This summer, Caroline will work with the Biltmore Company in Asheville, NC as a Marketing Attractions Intern.

Vikash Agarwal - VP of Corporate Relations

​Vikash Agarwal grew up in various cities in India. He undergraduated in engineering before transitioning into finance roles. He is taking up the summer internship opportunity at a PE firm called International Farming Corporation in Raleigh.

Shravan Prasad - VP of Learning & Development

Shravan Prasad grew up in Bangalore, India. He completed his undergraduate studies in engineering with a major in Mechanical, from B.M.S. College of Engineering. Before coming to B-school, he worked for his family business as an operations manager, followed by John Deere in product development. Although based out of Pune, India, he visited and worked with stakeholders from across the world. Currently he is pursuing his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business school, concentrating Marketing, Operations and Management Consulting. Shravan is headed to Amazon over the summer in their rotational program as a Retail leadership development intern.
