Ximena Roth - President
Ximena is originally from Mexico but grew up in Miami. After graduating from Boston University, she worked in the non-profit sector in the Chicago area providing immigration legal services. Her lifelong exposure to global work and personal expeiences fuels her deep interest in business in emerging markets, and she's excited to bring together the knowledge, passion, and experience of those within and outside of KFBS to further this area. Aside from the responsibilities of an MBA student, Ximena is now enjoying her new role as mom to a beautiful baby boy. She spends a lot of her time with her husband & son, and enjoys dancing, singing, reading, being outside, hanging out with friends, and any combination thereof.
Aristides Ribeiro - VP of Finance
Aristides is from Brazil, where he attended University of São Paulo and earned his industrial chemical engineer degree. After graduation, he worked for four years at Johnson & Johnson, where he could occupy several different supply chain positions. Outside of school, Aristides enjoys soccer, playing guitar, grilling and beer tasting.
Sankalp Rangi - VP of Communications
Sankalp is from India. Prior to business school he worked in the research and development unit at Infosys for six years where he worked on developing products in the area of artificial intelligence. He enjoys playing basketball, photography and cooking.
Christine Shaner - VP of Corporate Sponsorship
Christine graduated.from the Johns Hopkins University in 2010, where she studied International Studies and Economics. After graduation, Christine taught English in southern France and schlepped herself across 20+ countries. Through her travels, Christine discovered her passion for creme fraiche and international development. Christine is concentrating in Corporate Finance and Energy. She will be spending the summer with ExxonMobil in Budapest.
Jain (Honey) Agarwal - VP of Learning & Development
Jain is from New Delhi, India and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to business school, Jain worked as a software engineer with major IT firms including Tata Consultancy Services. Her goal as VP of Learning and Development is to create a safe knowledge-sharing environment where members can be assured that they will not be at risk for the ideas that they share.
Drew Haley - VP of Learning & Development
Drew graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Finance and Banking. After graduating, he began his career in BB&T's Leadership Development Program and then worked for BB&T in Commercial Lending, Sales, and Credit Analysis roles for six years. Drew is pursuing a concentration in Management Consulting, and hopes to work in that field post graduation. Outside of Kenan-Flagler Drew enjoys playing golf, travelling, UNC athletics, and attending concerts.
