Brian Solomon - President

SolomonBrian Solomon is a first-year MBA student concentrating in Investment Management. Prior to coming to Kenan-Flagler, he spent five years in the Financial Planning & Analysis group at Delta Air Lines in Atlanta. While at Delta, he worked extensively with a variety of divisions including Industry Analysis, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution providing finance, accounting, and strategic analysis support. Brian graduated with a Bachelors degree in Finance from Clemson University and is also a CFA Charterholder. This summer he will be interning as an Equity Research Associate at Manning & Napier.

Adam Cash- VP of Finance

CashAdam Cash is a first-year MBA student concentrating in Investment Management. Prior to coming to Kenan-Flagler, Adam spent six years at Fannie Mae managing their liquid investment portfolio and short-term debt issuance. Adam graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a dual-degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Forrest Wilson - VP of Communications

WilsonForrest Wilson is a first-year MBA student concentrating in Investment Management. Prior to coming to Kenan-Flagler, Forrest served in the United States Marine Corps as an Arabic and Pashto linguist. Forrest graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College in History. In addition to managing a full course load, Forrest is currently interning at Morgan Creek Capital Management over the spring. He also maintains a personal investment blog and will be interning with the Equity Research team at J.P. Morgan during the summer.

Paul Howanitz- VP of Corporate Sponsorship

HowanitzPaul Howanitz is a first-year MBA student concentrating in Investment Management. Prior to coming to Kenan-Flagler, Paul worked for MFS Investment Management in Boston, where he spent three years as a quantitative research associate supporting the equity department with quantitative investment and risk management analytics. Paul began his career in the asset management industry in the distribution channel working as an internal wholesaler on the MFS sales desk. Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Science (Business) from Colby College, where he was a four-year student athlete on the Men’s Football team. Paul is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Boston Security Analyst Society.

Sameer Shelly - VP of Learning & Development

ShellySameer Shelly is a first-year MBA student concentrating in Investment Management. Prior to coming to Kenan-Flagler, Sameer worked for Rocaton Investment Advisors, an investment consulting firm based in Norwalk, CT. Sameer joined Rocaton in 2007 as a generalist supporting the firm's senior consultants before transferring internally to the U.S. equity manager research team in 2010. Sameer graduated with a BSBA and dual-concentration in finance and economics from Babson College in 2007. This summer he will be interning with the credit research team at T. Rowe Price where he will be analyzing investment-grade and high-yield investment opportunities.
