Bose Bratton

Fund Manager, MBA Class of 2015

Bose is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. He spent his summer internship with USAA Real Estate Company, a co-investment asset management group with $12B AUM, located in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, Bose spent six years in the construction and real estate development industries. Most recently, Bose served as a Sales Representative with Wake Stone Corporation, a North Carolina-based mining company, where he oversaw the sale of $20M worth of material to development and infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Bose worked at Magnolia Development remediating and repositioning property in Charleston, SC. Bose graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in American History.

Terence Bundy

Terence Bundy

Fund Manager, MBA Class of 2016

Terence is a class of 2016 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, Terence spent eight years working in the real estate industry in New York City. Most recently, he served as a Vice President in the Commercial Mortgage Loan Sale Trading division at Mission Capital Advisors where he completed nearly 3,000 asset underwriting valuations and managed over $15 billion in loan sale transactions. Prior to this role, Terence worked at Merrill Lynch and Deloitte & Touche as a Collateral Analyst in their Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Securitization divisions where he assisted in the due diligence and closing of over 16 CMBS transactions. Terence graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Adam Coleman

Adam is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.  He spent his summer in the Real Estate Group within the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in New York City and will be returning full-time upon graduation.  Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, Adam spent four years in the real estate finance industry.  Most recently, he served as a Senior Analyst in the Strategic Investments group at LaSalle Investment Management where he analyzed and underwrote potential acquisitions for two of their separate client accounts.  Prior to this role, Adam worked at General Growth Properties, Inc. as an Analyst in both the Capital Markets and Financial Services groups where he performed various property-level financial duties including refinancing, budgeting/forecasting, and development.  Adam graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

John Duckett

John Duckett

Fund Manager, MBA Class of 2016

John is a class of 2016 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, John spent three and a half years in the real estate industry working for TIAA-CREF’s Global Real Estate platform in Charlotte, NC. He served as an asset management analyst, covering the $6B+ AUM domestic retail portfolio. John was responsible for producing monthly retail portfolio reviews as well as developing annual business plans for the asset and portfolio management teams. He analyzed and modeled pending leasing deals and redevelopment projects, delivering valuation impact reports and investment recommendations. Additionally, John provided the retail acquisitions team with underwriting support. John graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts.

George Haywood

George Hayward

George is a class of 2016 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, George spent 5 years working in the real estate industry in Washington, DC. Most recently, he served as a Development Analyst & Manager at The JBG Companies where he was responsible for nearly 1.5 million square feet of office and retail development. In this role, George oversaw budgets, entitlements, design, construction and project financings of more than $500 million. George has also underwritten nearly 2 million total square feet of asset acquisitions, development and dispositions. Prior to this role, George worked at the U.S. Green Building Council where he directed an affordable housing design and development program in the Broadmoor Neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. He also managed a nationwide advocacy network of young professionals in the development, construction and design industries. George graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Keaton Hurt

Keaton is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.  He spent his summer in the Real Estate Group within the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in New York City, where he will be returning full-time upon graduation. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, Keaton spent four years in the real estate industry.  Most recently, he served as an Analyst in the Asset Management group at Real Estate Capital Partners, LP where he managed portfolios of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties across major markets nationwide.  Prior to this role, Keaton worked at Clark Construction Group as an Office Engineer in both the pre-construction and project management groups where he worked on new project bids and helped manage a $500M office development.  Keaton graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Vincent is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate. Most recently, Vincent spent his summer at Allianz Real Estate of America in New York City, where he worked on equity investments and underwrote $1.5B of CML collateral. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler Business School, he spent six years working in the real estate industry. Vincent served as Project Manager at Projecta GmbH in Germany, where he was responsible for commercial real estate development projects. He is also the founder of Frapo GmbH, a real estate private equity firm in Germany, where he served as Principal. Vincent graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Pritesh is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. He spent this past summer at Allianz Real Estate of America working in their Portfolio Management, Debt Originations and Equity Acquisitions groups in New York City.  Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler, Pritesh spent six years working in real estate investment management and consulting.  Most recently, Pritesh served as a Senior Transaction Real Estate Analyst at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he worked on real estate valuations for purchase price allocations, and managed investment analysis due diligence by performing site inspections, preparing financial cash flow models, and conducting market research.  Prior to Ernst & Young, Pritesh served as an Investment Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors where he analyzed and underwrote financial investment models in the acquisitions and developments group.  Previously, Pritesh began his career as an Analyst in the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities business at JP Morgan Chase, where he underwrote and marketed CMBS asset loans to investors, rating agency representatives, and CMBS bond traders.  Pritesh graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Real Estate.

Louis is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate. He spent his summer internship with Real Estate Capital Partners, a Real Estate Private Equity firm with  $7.4B assets under management, located in New York, NY. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler, Louis spent four years in the executive search industry. Most recently, Louis served as an Associate for Crown Advisors, a real estate focused executive search firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. He helped to start Crown’s Washington, DC office and was responsible for business development and the execution of c-level executive searches for real estate clients in the construction, development, architecture, property management, and investment fields. Louis graduated from The University of the South at Sewanee with a BA in History.

Bobby is a Class of 2015 MBA student at UNC Kenan-Flagler concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.  He spent his summer internship with FCA Partners, an institutional real estate investment manager with $1B of assets under management, located in Charlotte, NC.  Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler, Bobby spent six years working in real estate development and investment. Most recently, Bobby served as Director of US Real Estate for Krispy Kreme, where he managed new store development and asset management for Krispy Kreme’s domestic real estate portfolio.  He began his tenure with Krispy Kreme as a Development Manager, handling site selection, due diligence, and construction management.  Prior to Krispy Kreme, Bobby worked as a financial analyst and investment associate for Burroughs & Chapin, Inc., a real estate development and investment company headquartered in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Bobby graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Justin is a class of 2015 MBA student concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. Most recently, Justin spent his summer in the Real Estate Group within the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in New York City, where he will be returning full-time upon graduation. Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler, Justin spent eight years working in real estate development and investment. Justin served as an Associate at Clark Realty Capital, a real estate developer headquartered in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw the development, construction, and asset management of Military Housing Privatization developments as well as numerous multifamily and mixed-use developments in and around Washington, D.C. Justin graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Certificate of Markets and Management.

Josh is a Class of 2015 Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Religion. This past summer, he interned in Washington, DC for the 9th Congressional district of North Carolina. Prior to that experience, Josh worked with Pittenger Land Investments, a real estate investment group in Charlotte, NC. Josh continues to look for opportunities to gain meaningful exposure to real estate and plans to work in the industry full time upon graduation.

Kenneth is a Class of 2016 Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major concentrating in Real Estate with a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). This past summer he interned in Asheville, NC as the Leads Coordinator for The Bourke Group. Currently, Kenneth is working as Member/Manager for Atlas Capital Investments, a residential investment vehicle. He plans to work in the real estate industry full time upon graduation.

David is a Class of 2015 Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major concentrating in Real Estate and Finance with a minor in Spanish for the Professions. This past summer he interned with Multi Housing Advisors, a southeast based multi-family brokerage firm. Currently, David is an investment analyst at Eller Capital Partners, a multi-family investment firm. He plans to work in the real estate industry full time upon graduation.
