Brian Worrell

Brian Worrell has been the Vice President of GE Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis since January 2011.

Mr. Worrell joined GE in 1992 on the Financial Management Program in Louisville, Kentucky. After completing assignments in Louisville and Peterborough, UK, Mr. Worrell joined the Corporate Audit Staff. He then joined GE Healthcare in 1997 where he served as the product line and supply chain finance manager, global financial planning and analysis leader and later chief financial officer for Healthcare Monitoring and IT. In 2003, Mr. Worrell became part of GE Oil & Gas in Florence, Italy as Chief Financial Officer, and in January 2006 was named a Vice President of GE, responsible for the Corporate Audit Staff.

Mr. Worrell is a native of North Carolina and a cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina with a degree in Economics and a Business minor.

Mr. Worrell currently serves on the board of St. Vincent’s Health Services & Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. He and his wife have three children.

David M. Carroll

David Carroll

David Carroll is responsible for Wells Fargo's wealth management business, including private banking and trust and estate services; brokerage services, including retail brokerage; and retirement services, including its institutional recordkeeping business.

A 29-year financial services veteran, he joined Wachovia Bank & Trust Company in 1979 and then First Union Bank (Wachovia's predecessor) in 1981. Since 2005, he served as senior executive vice president and head of Wachovia's Capital Management Group, which included retail brokerage (Wachovia Securities), asset management (Evergreen Investments), and Retirement and Investment Products. Previously, he was head of corporate services and merger integration, chief of eCommerce and technology, and head of First Union's General Banking Group region in Florida and earlier Georgia.

He serves on the Board of the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte and on the Board of Visitors of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A North Carolina native, he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Steve Jones

Marketer, business operator, global leader, and consultant. Steve has had several classic consumer packaged goods assignments, operated global subsidiaries on three continents, held a major global CMO position and for the past five years have had both public and private company CEO roles.

Steve began his marketing career in 1983 when he joined Kimberly Clark. After various brand management developmental and training roles, he became a brand manager on the launch of Huggies diapers and then group manager of Kleenex paper products. Steve then spent eighteen years at The Coca-Cola Company starting in 1985 and has held many roles, including, Sr. Brand Manager of Diet Coke, Marketing Director of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Region Manager, President of Coca-Cola Japan, CEO of The Minute Maid Company and Chief Marketing Officer of The Coca-Cola Company reporting to the Chairman. As CMO, Steve focused on creating growth by diversifying the product portfolio through aggressive new organic product development and acquisitions. He left in June 2003 and became the CEO of a private $20 million gourmet bakery and was recently interim CEO of Jones Soda Co. Steve plays golf, tennis, and volunteers as a political strategist in his free time.

Brian Worrell has been vice president of the GE Corporate Audit Staff since January 2006. He leads a team of 450 people responsible for ensuring financial statement integrity, controllership, compliance and best practices throughout the company.

Mr. Worrell has worked on five continents and multiple businesses during his tenure with GE. He began in 1992 as a member of the Financial Management Program in Louisville, Kentucky, after which he joined the Corporate Audit Staff. In 1997 he joined GE Healthcare, where he served as product line and supply chain finance manager, global financial planning and analysis leader. He served as chief financial officer for Healthcare Monitoring and IT, and in 2003 he joined GE's Oil & Gas business in Florence, Italy, where he served as chief financial officer.

Mr. Worrell is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with an honors degree in economics.

Mr. Worrell and his wife have three children.
