Program Costs
As students in an exchange program, GLOBE participants pay UNC tuition and fees at the regular in-state or out-of-state rate and study abroad insurance to UNC for the terms they are abroad. GLOBE students are billed a one-time $400 BSBA Study Abroad Fee, which is charged to all students participating in an exchange program.
The GLOBE study trip fees, room, board, books, personal expenses and airfare are paid directly to the host university or independently.
GLOBE Scholarship
All UNC students selected for the GLOBE program are awarded a $5,000 scholarship to help offset the costs of participation. Students will receive $2,500 for the fall semester spent in Copenhagen and $2,500 for the spring semester in Hong Kong.
