Application Process
Seventeen top students will be selected from each of the three universities. At UNC Kenan-Flagler, we are looking for students who have a strong academic record, interest in other cultures and international business, leadership potential, ability to work in team environments and could serve as ambassadors for the school.
Students are eligible to apply during the fall of their sophomore year only. Admission is based on the BSBA application and a GLOBE essay, and finalists are chosen for an interview. Applicants should consult the BSBA Application Deadlines and Schedule for the deadline to apply.
Selected students will be notified during the fall semester. New GLOBE participants will enroll in BUSI 199 - Introduction to Careers in Business, BUSI 401- Management Communication, BUSI 406 - Principles of Marketing and BUSI 408- Corporate Finance in the spring semester as prerequisites before going abroad.
