Teamwork is a core value of UNC Kenan-Flagler and a key component of the MBA Program. During Orientation, incoming students learn who will be part of their study groups and then students work within these 5 member groups throughout the Core Curriculum in Mods I & II. The study group experience culminates with a two-day Core Case Competition at the beginning of Mod III. The first teamwork initiatives first-year MBA students will be exposed to include:
