What you will learn
Our comprehensive curriculum stimulates your creative and intuitive problem-solving abilities as well as your analytical skills. We focus on three critical areas that generate breakthrough thinking for the highest levels of leadership:
- Analyzing business environments: You will gain experience using analytical models and tools that you will be able to apply immediately on the job. More important, you will learn to interpret results and make sound decisions from a senior management perspective.
- Building sustainable strategies: You will learn to develop strategies that look beyond next quarter, next year, and even the next generation to build sustainable organizations. Some courses focus on a particular functional area, such as marketing or operations, while others expand your perspective of the organization as a whole within a global context.
- Shaping effective leaders: To propel your career, you must transition from competent manager to stand-out leader who can initiate change and drive results. We work together to build your leadership skills through a full-circle process of learning, practice, feedback and reflection. Along the way, you will sharpen your communication skills and create your Professional Development Plan shape your leadership skills—and your career.

How you will learn
- Active engagement in the classroom: We engage students in dynamic classroom discussions to take advantage of their extensive business experience. You will be expected to contribute observations, questions, experiences and recommendations, sharpening your business thinking through the exchange of ideas. You will learn as much from your classmates as from the professors.
- Teamwork: Teamwork is integrated into the entire curriculum. As in the real world, your success will depend on your team working together to complete course projects.
